Community Review
When a fairmind is ready for review, a panel of diverse reviewers is anonymously selected from a pool of available volunteers in the Fairmind.org community.
For the fairmind to pass the review, there needs to be:
Total agreement on factual accuracy. If any reviewer has a concern about any point of factual accuracy, the concern must be addressed.
Consensus on questions of fairness. If a reviewer has a concern on a point of fairness, it must either be addressed or overridden by a consensus of other reviewers (meaning all other reviewers).
If the fairmind does not pass the review, the authors assess the feedback, rework the content, and then resubmit for review again—if necessary, further repeating the cycle until passing.
Note to reviewers: Community Review will be part of Fairmind.org when it gets past early development.
